Business Administration (Bachelor, job-concurrent)

Entry for this programme is restricted to graduates of a business administration degree from the “Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie” (VWA) in Munich. Admission at the WHZ can take place after the 6th semester.

The job-concurrent, distance-learning programme in Business Administration will provide you with the necessary skillset to carry out demanding tasks in the area of economics and/or entrepreneurship to become self-employed. The degree will provide you with key interdisciplinary skills and qualifications as well as the fundamentals and specialized knowledge of economic science.

Gaining social competence is an important component of this degree. You will become proficient in reflecting on competences in this area and developing them further. You will be capable of working and communicating effectively in a team, strengthening your presentation skills, and will gain other essential qualities, such as independent decision making and conflict resolution. As a result of the degree, you will be qualified to successfully take on responsible leadership positions in companies. The teaching is carried out through both theoretical and practical methods, in order to gain experience through real life examples as well as developing your academic and systematic methods. Alongside this, you will gain knowledge, skills and proficiencies in specialised aspects and methods of economics.
