Incorporating two major fields (microelectronics and microsystem technology), microtechnology is growing strongly and will be among the key technologies of the 21st century. It is, among its other applications, indispensable for industrial companies involved in semiconductor technology, microsystems technology, solar technology, plant engineering and measurement technology. In this course you will learn the necessary fundamental ideas of physics, engineering and chemistry. The program also teaches elements of semiconductor technology, microelectronics and photovoltaics, and solar technology. Since the course contents are closely oriented to the needs of industry, you’ll receive the best possible practically oriented education and be well-equipped for the future. Your future workplace may be found either in the field of research and development or in a manufacturing environment.
