In this distance learning course, skills in the fields of computer science and business informatics are acquired in addition to the fundamentals of economics. This interdisciplinary and practice-oriented know-how enables the graduates to take up a key position in the economy. In addition to technical qualifications, conceptual, methodological and social qualifications are also the focus of the training. Thus, the students qualify to successfully lead and manage projects related to digital transformation in companies.
The aim of the course is to train graduates who are able to combine their existing specialist skills with knowledge from computer science and business informatics. They are able to analyze and design operational tasks and solve them with the help of current scientific knowledge.
The target group of the course includes graduates with a first professional university degree in the fields of business administration, engineering or a combination of both fields with at least one year of practical experience. Professional experience and degrees that match the course content can be recognized and thus the study period can be shortened. The content builds on the professional experience of the students and provides new impetus.
