Project: House price prediction with ANNs

Use the extended and preprocessed German housing data set to predict house prices. Train a multi-layer ANN with Scikit-Learn. Try to get similar or better prediction quality as for Ridge regression. If you do not obtain results at least comparable to results from Ridge regression think about reasons for poor performance of ANNs here. Write them down.
