The Master's degree in Sustainable Personnel Management provides extensive knowledge in the three subject areas of corporate governance and strategic management, sustainability management and corporate social responsibility, as well as strategic and sustainable personnel management.
The high degree of practical orientation of the course is achieved through additional practical projects over three semesters, in which practical experience can be deepened and concrete projects implemented. Methodical and social qualifications are promoted through teamwork and practical projects. Graduates are optimally prepared for later tasks in sustainable personnel management and sustainability management and can competently support companies or organizations in their further development towards ecologically compatible, socially fair and economically efficient companies or organizations.
The course is aimed at graduates with a first academic degree as well as skilled workers, specialists, executives, junior staff and company founders who want to deepen their knowledge of sustainable human resource management and who work or want to work in personnel-oriented areas of responsibility.
