Halls of Residence

Altogether, approx. 900 dormitory places are available for students of the University. Accommodation is mostly provided in single and double rooms. The current rent costs vary between 157€ and 247€ per month depending on room size and furnishings. Students may write a letter of application for a dormitory place.

Further Accommodation Options

In addition to places in the halls of residence the Student Services (Studentenwerk) acts as an accommodation agency for flats and houses in Zwickau – flat sharing offers are welcome! So you won’t be alone if you haven’t been able get hold of a place in a hall of residence.
