Supervision of computer cabinets

The user service desk of the ZKI takes care of all computing cabinets of the WHZ to ensure the smooth running of classes.

All cabinets in the city center area are open from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays, and until 8 p.m. at the Scheffelstraße campus. Separate opening hours apply at the Reichenbach and Schneeberg campuses. If necessary, ZKI staff can also provide advice and support on the use of computer technology in the evenings.
